1. Purpose
Meir AI is a B2B conversational AI assistant SaaS accessible via WhatsApp and other channels. It enables interaction with third-party tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gmail, etc.) in plain language.
2. Subscription
Three plans: Starter (€29/month), Professional (€99/month), Enterprise (€249/month or custom).
Monthly subscription, no commitment. Cancel anytime from your dashboard. No pro-rata refunds on started months.
A 14-day free trial is offered on the Professional plan, no credit card required.
3. Credits & limits
Each plan includes a monthly credit volume. One credit = one AI action. Beyond that, additional packs can be purchased. See Pricing for details.
4. User obligations
You agree to: - Not use the service for illegal purposes. - Not bypass security measures. - Comply with the terms of connected third-party tools (Salesforce, etc.). - Maintain credential confidentiality. - Not resell the service without prior agreement.
5. Meir AI responsibilities
Meir AI strives to provide a stable, secure service. However, the service is provided "as is". Our total liability is capped at the amount paid in the last 12 months.
Meir AI confirms each sensitive action before execution. The user remains responsible for validated actions.
6. Intellectual property
Meir AI's software, brand, and content remain Meir AI's exclusive property. Your data and the content generated for you remain yours.
You grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide the service.
7. Confidentiality
Your data is processed per our Privacy Policy and GDPR. See the Privacy page.
8. Termination
You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Meir AI reserves the right to suspend an account for terms violation, after notification.
Upon termination, your data can be exported for 30 days, then deleted from our systems (except for legal retention obligations).
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Paris courts, failing amicable resolution.
